Vision Project

helping those in need one step at a time.

What We Do

We are currently seeking property for our Vision Project. Vision Project will allow us to serve many more people, including families with children impacted by the mental illness of their caregiver. The project is trauma informed permanent supportive housing. There will be a range of options from studio to three-bedroom apartments, all at affordable prices. The facility will have a cafeteria so three nutritious meals a day will be available for all residents. A pleasant gathering room with a computer, library corner, fireplace, big screen TV and comfortable seating will be a place for the apartment community to spend time with friends.

Who We Help

Residents served will include those with mental health needs who are currently homeless, aging out of foster care, veterans, those currently in an institution and seniors.

There will be staff and security 24 hours each day for resident support and safety. Planned activities will take place in the gathering room and outside on the basketball court and eating areas. The entire project is designed to be a safe place to be part of a community and build relationships with others.

The building will also have offices for the support programs that serve the residents. While several services will be available on site, it is on the bus line which allows for easy transportation to other support services.
